You may be represented by a broker, not an agent - Many agents of All Cities Realty hold a broker license and not just an agents license. Generally, there is a significant difference between a person who holds the broker license and one who has only risen to level of a sales license. The broker license carries, by law, significantly more responsibility, required schooling, required experience, and real estate knowledge. We're state licensed appraisers - Real estate agents or brokers are not appraisers! They often try to act as appraisers, convince people they are or could be appraisers, but they are NOT appraisers unless they have an appraisal license! The Department of real estate and Office of real estate appraisers are different entities of the state government.
