They gave me an estimate on major repairs for a house I was hoping to purchase. When I called, the guy I spoke to was very polite and courteous. The offers on the house had to be in within two days. He met me the next morning at the house on time. He spent a good 45 minutes walking the house with me and noting needed repairs. Later that afternoon he sent me the estimate, which seemed fair. I lost out on the house due to multiple offers so I was not able to hire Martins for work. However, when I do get a home, I will definitely schedule them for any needed repairs based on my experience getting an estimate.
