We're one of the few builders in the State of California, State of Hawaii, and the State of Idaho licensed as both Architects and General Contractors. This certification enables us to supply professional design and construction services, as a One Stop Resource responsible for all of the project's needs. Often the services of architecture and contracting that are needed for a building project are spread around to multiple companies licensed in only a single trade. In this instance, it's difficult for a separate architect and separate general contractor to monitor and integrate at will, the design, engineering and construction planning under one roof. As a result, the project's budget, schedule and quality needs could be compromised even before the construction has begun.
